PRIVACY POLICY

INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003, no. 196

 

In accordance with the provisions for all purposes and effects of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, the Data Controller shall provide information on the purposes and methods used to process the personal data collected, the scope of their communication and dissemination, in addition to the nature of their provision.

1. Purpose

The data collected, the subject of the processing, are processed and used directly to comply with instrumental purposes to complete tasks such as handling, storage, billing and processing, in full respect of the principle of correctness and the provisions of the law.

2. Procedures

Data processing is carried out by means of computer procedures or electronic means or on paper supports by internal and/or external specially appointed personnel. Data are kept in paper, computer and electronic files and the minimum suitable safety measures provided for by the legislature are ensured.

3. Communication and dissemination

The data can be communicated to third parties to perform functional activities at the facility, such as administrative, accounting and tax activities and, where necessary, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the parties. In addition, after explicit consent, the data may be communicated to third parties, appointed as Data Supervisors, for promotional purposes. In this case use by third parties will be in full compliance with the principle of correctness and lawfulness.

The data will not be disseminated.

4. Rights of the concerned party as set out in Art. 7

The person concerned will be able to assert their rights as expressed in Arts. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, by contacting the Data Controller. In particular, according to Art. 7 the interested party may obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

a)    of the origin of the personal data;

b)    of the purposes and methods of the processing;

c)     of the logic applied in case of processing carried out by electronic instruments;

d)    of the identification data of the Data Controller, Data Supervisors and the appointed representative in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;

e)    of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to be aware of it as a State appointed representative, data supervisors or persons in charge of data processing.

The person concerned has the right to obtain:

a)      any update, adjustment or, when there is an interest, the integration of the data;

b)      the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of any data processed illegally, including those which do not need to be kept, in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c)      certification that the operations referred to in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a)      for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;

b)      to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for market research or commercial communications.

5. Data Controller and Supervisors

The Data Supervisor is FiloBlu s.r.l. whose registered office is Santa Maria di Sala (VE), Via Caltana 116/C

6. Retention time

The data will be retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes listed above as provided by law.

7. Nature of the provision and the consequences of refusing to comply

 
In accordance with Art. 24 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 consent to the processing of such data is not necessary as they are collected to comply with legal obligations or for the implementation of obligations arising from the contract. A refusal to provide information will necessitate the termination of any relationship not consenting to the processing of the data.
